Problem
The existing app was cluttered, hard to navigate, and dated.

We aimed to modernize the app with a clean, intuitive interface and streamlined navigation.

User research
To better understand users' needs, we interviewed a wide range of bank application users, bankers, and fintech professionals.
Among the many questions we had, We wanted to know:
Why do bank app users use their apps, and how often?
What do app users do with their apps?
Where is banking headed?
Market research
We opened bank accounts in leading banking applications and downloaded a variety of applications, from crypto trading to budgeting.

The app needed to be:
Flexible & Customizable to adapt to diverse user needs.
Empathetic & Educational to guide users in making informed financial decisions.
Intuitive & Efficient, with easy access to actions and streamlined user flows.

We tested the concept and final design with Leumi users (25–75 years old), guiding them through tasks of increasing complexity. The goal was to ensure they could quickly find information and complete key actions like transfers and check deposits.

More pages are redesigned, and more features are added depending on user requests and business needs.
